Apparently for anyone it can take 3 months to process a fiancé visa. She might have applied 3 months ago. Four bodyguards though? Well Chicago is dangerous AF. Quickly becoming the murder capital of the USA if not already!

Once it’s processed, you get it in the mail. You don’t have to show up to pick it up.

Yeah, I thought it was weird she went in person. I guess she wanted to make sure people got the message. 

Well, I assume they would have your passport for those three months while they’re processing it. So if you don’t want to hand over your passport for a lengthy period of time, then you need to do it in person.
