I don’t think Harry will be able to blame those around him though. He might want to, but I’m pretty sure that everyone close to him told him it was too early to get married to Megs. He didn’t want to listen and just bulldozed right ahead.
At the end of the day it doesn’t matter if they get married or if they don’t get married because they won’t last. As soon as Prince Harry wakes up from his dream about the wonderful Meghan from instagram he’ll find himself next to an experienced user and will blame everybody around for not telling him.
