I noticed that it was “well loved Catherine Middleton” whereas the Queen didnt say that for Sparkles. Although I dont think that should shock anyone.

According to Emily Nash it was written differently because Meghan is american. If its true or not, I have no clue. Sorry! 😘

Apparently, “trusty and well beloved” is for British subjects. Therefore, since Meghan isn’t one, only her name is listed.

Mike Tindall apparently didn’t get those adjectives when he married Zara, and he’s a British subject so…
