What’s going on around the waistline of that dress? The fabric looks puckered.

I’d say “what waist?” since she doesn’t have much of one. But it looks like there is a design embroidered around the waist/torso on the front. 

But really, she does NOT have the figure to pull off something like this. It literally looks like an oversized blouse with a belt. 

Givenchy has got to be rubbing their eyes against the wall wondering why they gave her this. She’s going to make all the fashion houses look bad every time she wears something of theirs.
