I have several friends who did IVF or used fertility drugs – MM is not on fertility drugs. They make you feel like crap but not look like you are stoned. Also you get a lot of swelling and she looks as emaciated as ever – check her ankles – no swelling. I doubt she is on fertility drugs plus if she were they would not be flying to IRE.
