I think the merching anon is right. They have to dress for the season that is being marketed (i.e., next season) and not the one at hand. Thus, summer clothes in spring and fall clothes in summer.
I just don’t get why she can’t dress, especially for the season. She wore sleeveless all spring, a cold spring, we were still in the middle of the beast from the east in the middle of March. Now we’re in a heatwave (although, a little cooler today), and she starts wearing sleeves!
