All of the Royal family are wearing RAF wings in honor of the occasion except Megsy. Make it obvious she ain’t really a royal.. But that isn’t the reason – she is as always merching and just as she could not wear the badge at ascot she cannot wear any brooch or the wings on this dress. The contract would specify nothing obscures the dress – no necklace brooch security badge etc. Hence she passes on the RAF wings which after all is the point of being at this service to honor the RAF except of course for Megsy who is there to merch.
And yes – since everything she wears is merching she is always a season ahead out of synch. Drab olive suede shoes dress etc yesterday a fall/winter dress today cause she is merching and they are selling the fall stuff now.
