I kind of think that Meghan’s spending is because she’s never had access to these clothes before. Someone who used to know her said how when Meghan first went to London, no one would dress her bc she was just someone from Suits and now she’s a royal so everyone wants to dress her. I think that’s what’s happening: Meghan is basically having the shopping spree we’d all have if we won the lotto.
