Maybe the involved lawyers will already start planning the divorce strategy and the settlement for MM. However, I don’t think the marriage in legal terms will end until May cos in England you can’t divorce before 1st anniversary. And for now I don’t think any of the reasons for annulment applies for them

Pfft. Meghan will agree to grounds for annulment because the royal family’s lawyers will make it a viable option for her to sign the paperwork on it.

What benefit is there to the royal family in having Megs continue to be around with a title and an HRH? There is no value or benefit to the institution of the monarchy. And after all the trouble she has caused with her leaking to the press and spending exorbitant amounts of money on clothes? That girl leaks like a sieve. Why would they want to keep her around and bankroll her living situation for even longer?

Megs does not and will not have the ability to do a power play against the royal family. She doesn’t have anything to negotiate with; Diana had everything to negotiate with. Charles and Diana were married for more than 10 years, and Charles was–and still is–first in line to the throne. Harry is not. He is never going to become head of the Church of England. Diana was mother to a future king and a popular, INTERNATIONAL, public figure. Considerations that will never apply to Meghan.

In situations of divorce of wealthy and powerful people, you have to have something to negotiate with. Meghan has assured herself–by her own dumbass behavior–that she will have nothing to negotiate with, other than what remaining goodwill Harry has for her.
