I think Harry is akin to a hostage. He is weak and was easily manipulated by a domineering manipulative woman and it will take a while for him to recognize that he made a mistake. Meanwhile he tries to adapt and make it work. But his discomfort seems obvious. And yes I agree when he reaches boiling point that will be it. That she is so often xanaxed out says to me she is dealing with a lot of apprehension herself and knows she is in a losing position. But he will have to pull the plug.
