Maybe, but he’s been wearing it for a while and it’s only become noticeable now. Back in the summer, he was still doing the “paperclip” pose to soothe himself.
Harry ring fiddling just gives me general anxiety vibes. Everyone keeps trying to tie it to his marriage good (he misses Meghan) or bad(he wants out of marriage). But I don’t think it has anything to do with his feelings about meg or marriage. I have social anxiety and my therapist recommended twisting my ring as a calming mechanism, like a form of sell hypnosis. He has said he has anxiety. I don’t think harry has received this specific advice, I think he just does it naturally to calm himself.
