I am really surprised there’s no day off for them, William and Kate usually have a free day or two during their long tours. They didn’t have to create such a tight schedule for this tour. If Meghan backs out from Tonga, Fiji or even from one engagement, it’ll look foolish and I don’t even want to imagine how much money will be wasted.

And that’s not counting the money wasted on all her clothes when she could have bought local designers. 

But let’s not forget that she said she wanted to “hit the ground running.”

If they wanted an easier tour, then they could have just attended all of the Invictus Games. But I think they didn’t want to attend all the Invictus Games events and support the veterans. So, instead, the Foreign Office had to make them look like they were doing something worthwhile for the all the taxpayer dollars spent on their travel. Hence, the visits to Tonga and Fiji.
