Seeing that Meghan wore a new pair of nude stilettos yesterday in Australia, I had to sit down and count how many (and how expensive) pairs of nude and black stilettos she’s bought since engagement announcement because it totally looks like she buys a new pair for every outing. I thought I’d share it with you, guys, because when I tallied up the total, my jaw landed on the floor and it still lays there.

Starting with nude because she seems to wear only nude pumps now (black in spring/summer, nude in fall/winter, definitely not merching next season clothing)

1. $395 – Nude Tamara Mellon worn once in Australia
2. $375 – Nude Stuart Weitzman worn twice – in Sussex and Australia
3. $750 – Nude Aquazzura worn once, at Sentebale polo match
4. $655 – Nude Dior worn once, at Mandela museum
5. The same pair of nude Dior stilettos but in suede and bespoke, previous one was leather, worn once at RAF service.
6. Nude Paul Andrew, not available yet, worn once, in Ireland
7. $625 – Nude Manolo Blahnik worn twice – at Stephen Lawrence memorial and Commonwealth Youth reception
8. $450 – Nude Tamara Mellon worn once, at BP garden party
9. $695 – Nude Aquazzura worn once, at engagement announcement

It’s circa $4,7k with estimated prices of bespoke Dior and two pairs of Paul Andrew stilettos (they retail for around $600-$700). I was being generous and I didn’t count in the Stuart Weitzman pairs because she supposedly owned them before and worn them at IG 2017 opening and closing ceremonies. I’ve also counted down the Aquazzura engagement pair because she owned them for quite a while before the announcement.

Now black:

1. $395 – Black Sarah Flint worn thrice – at Anzac dawn service, cookbook launch and on arrival to Australia
2. $750 – Black Aquazzura worn twice – at WellChild and CoachCore
3. $590 – Black Aquazzura worn four times (a record!) – in Ireland, at solo engagement, at engagement with Queen and Harry and at van Straubenzee wedding.
4. Black Paul Andrew, not available yet, worn once, in Ireland
5. Black Paul Andrew – same as previous ones but different fabric – worn once, at Hamilton
6. $355 – Black Sarah flint worn once, at engagement with Queen
7. $650 – Black Givenchy worn once, at Ascot
8. $625 – Black Manolo Blahnik worn four times (it’s a tie!) – at Endeavour Awards, Invictus engagement with Prime Minister of Australia, Anzac Day service at WA and to the STEM event in Birmingham 
9. $750 – Black Aquazzura, worn once, at Commonwealth reception
10. $475 – Black Tamara Mellon, worn once, at Commonwealth reception
11. $750 – Black Aquazzura, worn once, at Royal Foundation Forum

It’s $6,5k for black stilettos, once again with estimated costs of Paul Andrew stilettos. 

So, Meghan has spend (or was given) $11k for 20 pairs of only nude and black 4inch stilettos in the last 11 months. I don’t even want to think what one can buy for this amount of money but it is ridiculous. The highest number of recycles is 4! Kate has worn those horrible L.K. Bennett Sledge for 3 or 4 years. I would really like to know what she’s doing with those shoes, are the dogs playing with them? Remember when we thought she’ll leave NC with bags full of Cartier? She’d rather prefer her stilettos
