I loved Kate’s dress, yes, you can only wear it at a royal event lol it reminded me of classic Hollywood, something that Grace Kelly would wear. The Blue w the pearls & diamonds is very regal. Plus she’s still younger than Queen Maxima and Camilla so not wearing what they wore was perfect. Again we forget she’s royalty not celeb.
