Yes to the spilt, it’s a smart move on HM/PC to tighten the spending, I’m mean look at how much money MM has spent on just clothes. At her rate of spending and for the sake of argument, she’s using her “own” money, plus her own PR, she’s paying them a lot considering how many articles are out there, she is or almost broke.
