Exactly! They even left the Queen’s Christmas lunch last year (2017) early. This is why I don’t believe they were sent away. They do it all the damn time. Nothing new.
They leave everything early when it’s not about Megs. They left Ascot early, they weren’t on Eugenie’s evening reception, at Harry’s family wedding in June they sprinted away right after the service and didn’t even stay for a picture, same with the August wedding where Harry was an usher, didn’t even stay to watch the bride and groom leave.
