gosh those green, green hills and trees behind Balmoral are just stunning. I’d definitely pick that British royal residence, too! Scotland is at the top of my list of countries I want to visit next!
I’m 100% biased but I think rural Aberdeenshire has some of the most beautiful places you’ll ever see. This is a photograph I took- no filter at all- the last time I went back home. This is about ten minutes drive from where I grew up and a couple of minutes walk from where my dad’s parents live. This is where I grew up, this is my home, and it’s exquisitely beautiful. You should definitely go.
