P1 Hi TT, by the mere fact that Carole’s interview was published in The Telegraph is enough to know BP sanctioned the interview. The Telegraph is the Royal’s go to newspaper. BP must likely wanted to show how accepted in- laws to the Royal family behave in contrast to the family that is not accepted.
