Thank you for posting the info on a surrogate. I feel PC/HM are so scared of the race card they will let H/M do what they want. So far the BRF hasn’t said NO to the two yet. I read on another blog that book makers have closed the books on a pregnancy in 2019. They closed the books on an engagement & it happen a few months later. On NYC Real site it states PH is the one w/fertility issues. MM may be able to carry a pregnancy to term. Odd w/rumors of ALLEGED chemical abuse by PH/MM.

Oh, I’m sure the BRF has said “no” to those two multiple times. People just don’t stop and realize that they let Harry get married in a rushed manner because he was probably threatening to go all Diana in the UK tabloids if he didn’t get his way. That would have been a huge scandal, so they let him have what he wanted. 

He got his way, and now those two dunderheads have to behave like proper royals. That’s the department Megsy is truly struggling in. She said she wanted to hit the ground running, but so far she hasn’t even announced a patronage. She hasn’t done a solo engagement. 

She is, however, able to manage painful smiles when surrounded by sick kids though.

Thanks for the response brat. I just saw that she wanted something from him in the January reading and wondered if they had some kind of agreement of if they made it to one year she receives X. I know pre nups aren’t a thing in the uk and thinking back on how he wanted to prove his family wrong. I truly think in the beginning she convinced him she gave up EVERYTHING for him and he agreed to give her a few coins cuz ya know the media was soooo cruel 🙄 BS Weekly will let us know eventually

That article is a bit of of a laugh, MM wore “country clothes” in London pre-wedding so her “British style” is still tourist-y/LA LA Land (ugh, Post marriage thought: I just had a flash of her doing a “Madonna-flag-pic” w Union Jack Flag 😳) As a stylist, you still do homework working w/ clients, JM/MM duo work w/ who works w/ them. 😍💰💰💰 but they suck at actual trend forecasting/fashion. Jessica as a stylist is at the same level as MM was an actress so they make a mediocre merching team.

I only remember the Madonna-flag picture from an MTV “Rock the Vote” campaign.

I think if she did anything with the Union Jack, she’d look like a Spice Girl.

Megs just doesn’t excel at looking royal. I think she’s always going to look trashy because she just doesn’t have good taste. And all she really wants is $$$.

From the beginning, I was in the No Child camp. Why? Because I can’t see The RF having a MARKLE 7th in line. Once M is gone, The RF will basically “Meghan” her and her family. If M has a child, “The House of Markle” will be a part of The RF . . . FOREVER. If there’s all this drama now, imagine what it would be like if M has a child. To add to that, PH will get one hell of a taste of Baby’s Mama Drama. FOR-EVAH.

Do you know what I actually love about this blog? That you and your followers hold Harry accountable for his shit. There are so many blogs on tumblr that act like Meghan was the conniving witch who manipulated the naive, good hearted Harry and now has him under her voodoo spell. I hate people who don’t hold grown men accountable for their actions and infantilize them (as if he isn’t 34 and fully grown). Im in the minority here but I believe Meghan wont have a kid because IVF failed & surrogacy is probably is huge no-go from the firm so shes shit outta luck PLUS besides her not being maternal, shes a fuckin narc therefore having a kid—although a lifetime meal ticket—would just be another burden that would interrupt her post diana lifestyle. It would be responsibility she doesnt/wouldnt want to deal with.

I think Kate is shown to have real intelligence and gravitas with this new children’s charity initiative. When I read the article I immediately thought about the Portrait Gallery exhibition (on Victorian photography) for which she wrote some of the exhibition labels. She focused on images of children. It’s obvious that she puts a lot of forethought into her projects and rolls them out carefully over time. I think she really cares about the UK and her position. It’s nice to see.

I think she does too. Yes, like that anon noted, the behind-the-scenes people do a lot of work, but you only have to look at the contrast between Kate’s sport engagements and Meghan’s to see that the royal has a lot to do with the success of those events.

That intro to the exhibition was beautiful. The Huffington Post project was great. Her Nook Appeal has been highly successful. Heads Together is good. The fact that she takes her shoes off and runs and throws tennis balls is fantastic. 

I just wish she did MORE of it, you know. Love Lola Heart just tweeted out how many times Kate worked for EACH and, I hate to say it, but it sounds a little bit  skimpy. I think she still contributed mightily and made a big difference to their fundraising.

It’s not horrible. She repped EACH about once every six months, which is decent-ish, but, imo, they should be showing up at this patronages at least twice a year, writing letters/releasing videos/doing speeches at last twice a year, and doing at least one big fundraiser every two years.

I really don’t see mm leaving without something better already lined up. That has been her approach since childhood it seems. That is why ive been insisting on a child for harkles coz which other rich man can be as dumb as Harry to take mm in? Plus looks and age are not on her side. What are your thoughts plant? I know you say 2 yr timeline, but is that with a child? Or with another guy lined up? I mean she must have thought of future prospects before divorce?

I think she’d leave with a daughter, but I’m starting to wonder about that part. She doesn’t seem to be in any kind of hurry on that department. 

But I still stand by my 2-year prediction, which is based on her career track record so far (as chronicled in her blogs). Meghan is really good at selling herself and “booking” a part (Stage 1). That was the “Everyone Loves Classy” pr drive.  Once she gets it she always underperforms, focusing on fripperies instead of substance, creating drama, and sucking up enormous amounts of resources from the unlucky folks that hired her. That’s Stage 2, and it’s the stage we are in right now. Stage 3 is when the employer stops investing on her and she gets jealous and restive and starts looking for something else. I think we are now entering Stage 3 and it will extend into next year. Stage 4 is when she finds a new project and starts the “booking” cycle all over again.

I know a lot of people think her new project will be a man, but I doubt it. I think it will be a “breaking free” post-divorce Di storyline where she divorces Harry, writes a “Becoming Meghan” book, and goes back to Worldvision and the UN as an inspirational speaker. She’ll eventually enter into a fauxmance to keep the storyline going, but that will come later.

I know I get a lot of pushback on this because her situation seems so unstoppable right now–free house and clothes, security, helis, press. However, the press attention will eventually flag, leaving only the snarky UK tabs still interested in her. The family will get progressively more annoyed at all the drama, and Harry’s position will get weaker and weaker, resulting in less privileges.

Keep in mind that Soho House and the other sponsors will still provide free housing and clothing after a divorce. In addition, a kid would ensure several more years of free security. The only things she would be truly giving up are the helis and the palace staff (who she will probably come to detest by the time the end comes).

I agree with a lot of this, but I don’t think she’s going to have a “breaking free” post-divorce story.

I honestly believe the Meghan Charm (if there ever was one) has gone out. The problem was Harry pushed her to be this perfect “not Kate” woman, when in fact Kate was already bringing on positive things for William and the Cambridge brand. Whatever illusion of “modernizing the British Monarchy” BS he tried to bring, she wasn’t able to bring it fully. It certainly isn’t the yoga Cali girl – Brits hated that. Now he’s clearly showing buyers remorse by retreating and being less visible.

I think the general public (as opposed to her rabid fans and equally rabid haters) had positive feelings toward Meghan because they felt that (i) Harry loved her, (ii) she had actually worked for a living, and (iii) people were genuinely excited to see a racial minority join the royal family. I think they were willing to overlook the social climbing and Diana worship rumors due to those two things.

So I think she really shot herself in the foot when she decided to start her royal career with a slew of events that highlighted her ambitious social climbing and Diana obsession (royal appearances and tours, couture fashion, family drama, and celebrity friends). It’s almost like she was going out of her way to prove the haters right.

imho you vastly overestimate what the royals do, especially W,K. etc. 99% of their job is simply showing up, properly dressed, behaving themselves and it helps if they’ve read their briefing notes. The staff bureaucracy–which is huge–does 99.99% of the work. One of the organization’s I’m very familiar with is the Prince’s Trust. It’s a good organization, in spite of and not because of Charles. Brf is surviving by following orders of the smarter power structure which props it up.

Did Charles move to Clarence after the split with Diana? Because they lived together at Kensington right? And Diana lived at Kensington after the divorce? I did some research and Charles didn’t actually move to Clarence House until 2003. He moved after his grandmother- the Queen Mother- passed away and they finished refurbishments. Before that he lived at St James’s Palace. I can’t find a confirmation that he moved there after the divorce so if anyone knows, reply to this post!! I think his intention was always to move to Clarence House but I don’t know that for certain 

Isn’t Clarence House traditionally used for the heir to the throne? Then-Princess Elizabeth lived there with Philip, Charles, and Anne, before she became Queen. The Queen Mum lived there after George VI passed away. Charles moved to St. James Palace when he and Diana separated and lived there until he moved into Clarence House.

“I feel like there’s a lot of Catherine Quinn’s influence in this” – How much exactly do think Quinn can do? She’s still an employee. All I see is Kate following the natural course and maturing in her role, finding her path. I agree they exaggerated on the compliments and totally believe royals are most build up images, but it seems you are always trying to give part of Kate’s credit to someone else, as this person was the mind behing her, and I don’t see you doing it with the others. William has been praised a lot lately and I don’t remember to see you including his staff on this. Not a long ago, you were still giving Harry the credit to have at least some genuine interest in his things, same with Diana, and now seems to have some hope of Meghan doing something right with RF help. You also easily say women like Chelsy and Jecca are good and very dignified based on their CVs. Sorry, but I have the impression you fall a bit on stereotypes and think Kate is not capable on her own bc she doesn’t fit the profile. Of course you don’t have to like her nor be impartial, as you state about Meghan, I just wanted to point something that is bothering me.

Thanks for sending this in! I didn’t realize people would interpret my post as a slight towards Kate. I don’t think mentioning Quinn takes away any of Kate’s glory. I think picking employees is a huge part of Kate’s job (and Will’s too) and I was generally disappointed in Rebecca Deacon and the rest of the KP Peyton Place gang. I feel they focused more on glamour and pr tricks than on substance and that did Kate a disservice. I feel picking Quinn was a great choice on Kate’s part and it signaled, as you said, that she’s maturing in her role.

I don’t give William’s team that much credit because he’s basically doing the same stuff he did before, just more of it and in better clothes. That doesn’t take a ton of team input, it just takes a stepping up of the work ethic and having more respect for the role. Personally, I do believe that Will’s change was mostly due to having a wake-up call during the Grenfell visit and suddenly realizing that what he does is actually important. I think his team is just doing what they always did, just more of it because he’s more motivated.

Kate is doing something different, bigger in scope, and more creative, and, I think, that does require a team. You can see the seeds of this project in the mental health issue she did for the Huffington Post. I think Kate looked at that and realized that she wanted to do something similar, but more focused on actual change and not just raising awareness (and also more focused on children). I think she also realized that she would need a more sophisticated team to carry this out. Then she did what any competent executive would do–go hire someone who could get the stuff done.

(I feel like I should mention Heads Together here because people probably think this solo project is more similar to HT than to the Huffington Post project. I think HT was a great project, but it’s an umbrella organization providing support to individual charities and that’s an easier proposition than the early childhood project, imo.)

Like I said, I don’t think crediting Quinn takes away any of Kate’s credit. I think Harry is probably the best example of how a team will do a great job BUT ONLY AS LONG AS THE PRINCIPAL KEEPS HIS EYE ON THE BALL. Harry basically had the same people during his “Hero Harry” and “Hollywood Harry” periods and look at the difference in his engagements, his press, and his interactions. He used to be the one who would get glowing charity coverage and now he’s getting Clooney vacation articles and “How Meghan Makes Him Feel Like A Man” headlines.

Nah I think it’s to stop the focus on everything else. The baby rumors are good for her. The bad thing are all of the tarot card readings, the story about her not knowing who to trust, the JM parenting, the who’s next in the markle effect curse. Those are not good. Again I’m confused about why only one pic was taken.

Re that “leaked” photo. It’s typical Hollywood PR bullshit. How many celeb couples have staged/released “WE’RE IN LOOOOOVE” pictures (new or old), when there’s increasing talk about their marital problems? Months later, they divorce, but pledge to be BFFFFFFFs. If that picture was taken during that VF photo-shit that M did last year, I wouldn’t question it. PH was in deep with her back then. (No pun intended.) If they claim it’s recent, I would question that.

I’m not sure what the DoSex are doing. Frankly, this is what I was expecting Harry and Meghan to do this month–big charity launches that fit their individual interests, including a big solo project for Meghan. I’m very happy that Will and Kate are stepping up their mental health and children’s health work and creating these initiatives, but where are the Harkles? 

Realistically asking MM to hit the ground running on charity is a tall order. She has lived in the UK for less than a year and under very weird circumstances. She has no idea what the issues affecting local people are and no frame of reference for forming a really meaningful platform. She can’t do international stuff bc it doesn’t help endear her to the UK and conservation is already a signature issue for Charles and the rest of the RF.

Hi Brat. Do you think they’ll annul or divorce. It’s hard to say if what they start in January will be wrapped up by May because Harry is rather indecisive and she’s highly manipulative.

I think when Harry’s done with something, he’s done. He has his Mars in Scorpio. That’s a water sign. So think about how long it takes a pot to get to a boil. It takes a while for it to get hot enough to boil, but once water reaches it’s boiling point, it retains heat quite well. Same thing really.

But some other things to consider. Why do you assume if they start paperwork with lawyers that it will take months instead of weeks? Any paperwork, such as an annulment, would still have to be submitted and approved to a divorce court in the UK. That would still take some time, but if it were to be submitted in January I would expect it would only take around 6-8 weeks to be accepted (i.e. finished/approved). 

I’ve seen other people reference Charles & Diana’s separation and divorce, but yet people don’t consider the differences: C&D were married for more than 10 years before a separation was announced, they had children and custody to consider, Charles future position as head of CoE and king, and two very public figures with one more popular than the other. There was a lot to negotiate between Charles and Diana. Both of them were power players. None of these things apply to Harry and Megs. 

There are no children, and there quite likely will never be any children. There are no joint assets, such as properties since those are held in a trust as I understand it. Harry’s money is also in a trust, and therefore out of Megs reach. There is no lengthy marriage. Only one of them is a citizen of the UK. Only one of these people is very popular in the UK, and his popularity has decreased since his marriage. As AHPF noted recently, Megs hasn’t been able to sustain a high pr visibility as she’s done previously; interest in her is lagging. Megs can’t do a solo engagement on her own, and at this point it doesn’t look like she ever will. She’s really not a strong public figure in the UK. She’s likely not going to attract a great lawyer for her side (unlike Diana) to compete with Harry. She doesn’t have anything to negotiate with. 

So given all that, you have to be married for a full year to file for divorce in the UK. If Harry decides it’s over in the next few months and legal paperwork is started in January, why would they be waiting until May 20 to file divorce paperwork? Cui bono? Ask yourself, how does that benefit Harry and the royal family? It doesn’t. Which is why they wouldn’t.

Omg that rains down in africa has made my day!!😆😆 but yeah reading about that PH is gonna go through some shit and FD is gonna lend her ear to him or help him out simply as friends has been said too. Which makes me think, i think PH HAD to marry MM in order to learn his lesson and grow. I think this had to happen in order for him to wise up and realize the consequences for his actions for marrying someone who you dated for just two years without getting to fully know them.
