I’m thinking PH/MM believe once they have children it will be endless photo-ops w/their very own PG/PC, and everyone will love them and they will outshine PW/DC. The problem is the Markle family is NEVER going away and PH/MM’s child will give the Markles (& Doria) endless photo-op and press/interviews. This circus will NEVER end. I agree w/you HoB that PC will have to permanently sideline PH (&cut his pay). It will be the only way to save the Monarchy. Seriously.

I suspect Charles will just cut Harry off financially first. We won’t know about it, but it’ll mean that Harry will have to pay for everything out of the money Diana bequeathed to him. No one knows how much of that there still is. But at the rate Meghan spends it probably won’t last as long as Harry thinks it will. 

IF Harry & Megs are able to conceive–and that’s an IF because IVF does not guarantee a pregnancy let alone a delivered baby–their children will never be as sought after as Will & Kate’s. Beatrice and Eugenie were never as popular for international photographs as William and Harry. That’s one thing H&M seem not to understand. And that their stans don’t seem to understand either. I’m sure Megs is already planning names and pap opportunities; however, part of the reason why people go gaga over George and Charlotte is that we see them on few occasions. H&M’s strategy is to send everything straight to the tabs because they want their headlines and front pages. They would never get the huge crowds at the Lindo Wing like Will & Kate because none of their children will be close to the throne. Harry is currently number six, which means all his children will be even lower down the ladder. And I don’t think Megs would even be able to do a same day photo op after giving birth; she looks too frail.

I think much of the Markle family will go away after the wedding. They’re not going to stay in the UK. Most of them seem to have lives of their own except for a few, and at a certain point they’ll become old news, possibly sooner than we think.

P.S. to an anon I just sent in – looking at Megs in the car, I think she’s batsh*t crazy. Absolutely, not hyperbole. That bizarre face and that damn left hand held up bent at the elbow – same pose when she’s doing her engagement walkabouts/posing. She is CRAZY. She is not a Markle family outlier – she is of them.

It’s insightful, but I don’t understand why people are still in denial about Meghan being a Markle through and through. Meghan has no fucks to give. She’s always trying to rewrite the story. She uses technology to amplify everything.

She’s 100% Markle. She’s been doing what her family is doing now since Day 1. They use TMZ; she used US Weekly. They use Coleman Rayner; She used Constant Media. They use books and exercise equipment as props; She used baseball caps and monogrammed necklaces.

They are exactly the same.

I still can’t get over the statement! Nothing about “I will be thinking of him that day and missing him so.” NOTHING! She really should have said “I have dealt with him, now back to ME :D “ And shame on Lainey for not calling her out on this. I just realized something. Since they consider the reception after the wedding to be for their “old circle” they aren’t all that concerned about what food they serve them or how they do it. But the really sad part of this is that most of the royal reporters seem to think that money is not the primary motivator for Meghan’s family. They wanted to be acknowledged. They wanted ‘human contact. They wanted respect. They were resentful because Meghan was discarding them.

That’s very sad. I think that is, in many ways, worse for Meghan than her family doing it for money. Meghan could have stopped all of this with a few phone calls and a couple of conditional invitations. She just didn’t want anything to to with them

I thought for sure Constant Media was Markus, but it appears not. I am now told that CM is Niraj Tanna. Take that with a grain of salt, because I don’t really have any proof, except of the fact that Tanna started acting salty after the engagement. Poor guy, first he got ditched by the MIddletons and now he got ditched by Megs.

Apparently the pic of her leaving a Yoga studio, not gym- was from April 9th and someone on twitter got a confirmation that she was escorted and “web sales have been suspended” so the user cant post it. Only Harpers Bazzar posted it and some outlets posted it from them but i dont think the Daily Mail or others have picked up. Clearly not a Pap walk. We can honestly count on our hands how many “pap walks” (all can be disputed as such) that she has.

Uh, no. That was a pap walk. She did them all the time in Toronto. She hasn’t been photographed outside of official engagements for months. Not a coincidence that she didn’t get the CHOGM engagements she wanted and shortly thereafter she was photographed leaving a workout, i.e. yoga.  

UK probably has it locked down due to IPSO. 

Harper’s Bazaar has it because they’re an American outlet and not restricted by IPSO. Also, that’s one of the outlets MM has her publicist send articles to all the time.

Meg is so predictable with her stunts. She campaigned for Pippa’s wedding and only got the night party, so the day before she made sure to be papped in London. Now she campaigned for a big role at CHOGM and only got two afterthought receptions, so once again she makes sure to be papped in London just before it starts. Her attention-seeking pap stroll in retaliation at not getting what she demanded is basically a formula by now.

Is anyone else actually very excited for the upcoming fiasc- I mean wedding? Literally years of watching them make fools of themselves to come. I mean I’m torn because I respect the institution of the monarchy and I don’t enjoy it that they look like fools right now. There is that.

But, on the other hand, it is a joy to wake up every morning knowing that there will be some epic Harkle stupidity on my Google Alert. Back in November, I used to get nervous because there was always the chance that she would get it right. That niggling little fear is now completely gone. Pretty much every day is a train wreck of stupid–from the fug coats to the merched jewelry to the family/friend/colleague revelations to her pet correspondents crowing over their access to the desperate hugging to the sugar sites going “ah, yes, the coat doesn’t fit and the hair is hanging loose but this is the most elegant professional unhemmed-pants-and-messy-bun combo EVER, SLAY KWEEN!” It’s all hilarious. 

It’s only been five months and we’ve already got “Official Di Collection Diamonds,” “I didn’t know much about him,” poo emoji hat, mismatched virtue signaling earrings (heck, virtue signaling EVERYTHING), wearing PoW, Scottish and Irish colors on tour, Marks & Spencer sweater, Manolo Blahniks to play sports, unhemmed pants, dirty shoes, cross-stiching and felt lining, endless hugging and tentacle hands and boyfriend burping…. The list goes on and on.

OMG, I can’t believe these two are in charge of spend millions of dollars on this event. The flowers are whatever they can scrounge up from the Queen’s garden.

I cannot stop laughing. This wedding is a thoroughly last minute, haphazard event.

I will say this, H has nearly met his match with her. Fortunately for him, M is an amateur man-eater so he might stand a chance. She stroked his ego for a year and half before she started trying to break him. That’ll backfire on her. It took her a year to get a proposal, when it should have only taken about 3 mths. H still tells her off, that should have been nipped in the bud by 4 mths in. She had no time limits-bad strategy-amateur hour

You know, I don’t think of her as a man-eater. I view man-eaters as women who are into the thrill of the hunt and are kind of cynical about using men.I don’t think Meghan is not like that.

I think Meghan has a very specific goals she expects to achieve in each relationship. I think she honestly goes into the relationship thinking this will be The One who will turn her into a Hollywood star (Trevor), a lifestyle maven (Cory), or a humanitarian fashion icon (Harry). When, due to her own shortcomings, the expected goal is not achieved she turns sour on the man and starts looking around for the next self-transformation (with suitable male abettor).
