I am French and believe me when I tell you that we will never restore the monarchy. the french are too proud for that lol and given what happened with Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette it is not likely to happen. every year we celebrate the beginning of the republic it’s not for nothing lol
uh the socialist French president Macron recently sad France needs it monarchy and should not have gotten rid of it.
OK. I highly highly doubt any kind of restoration will happen. We’re living in the age of corporate power not royal power.
You know what I want the French monarchy to be restored at least they will overshadow the British monarchy since it looks like the British monarchy will die with The Queen anyways. Also, France and its presidents since Charles de Gaulle haven’t been all that great. France losing its culture and values. It would be a good thing in my opinion.

Sure, it could happen. But not in your lifetime. Maybe in 400 to 600 years from now France will be a monarchy once again. But not within this century.
