I’m genuinely curious (and I in no way mean for this to come off as flippant). Has the Prince’s Trust really made that big of an impact in Britain? I’m American, so I honestly don’t know.

Well I don’t personally know anyone who’s worked with the Prince’s Trust but they are a major charitable organisation, bigger than anything a royal has done except perhaps the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. A lot of young people who have no clue about royalty will know the Prince’s Trust. They claim to reach around 60,000 young people a year and they spent over £67 million in their last set of accounts. Compare that to the Royal Foundation which manages a range of projects for four royals now and in their last set they only spent £10 million. That kind of gives you the scale of how big the Prince’s Trust is
